Once we have entered your details into our system we shall email you confirmation, please check your junk mail folder if you have not received this. We will need to request your pets histories from your current vet, but we will only do this a week or so before we open. We will email you again at this time to ask you to contact your current vets to give permission for your pets histories to be shared with us.
